Theme: 'Bones and Stones'

Events and exhibitions, showcasing our historical and cultural heritage through a programme of public lectures, walking tours, workshops, exhibitions, demonstrations and living history display.

Bones and stones:  Hands on workshops in archaeology, digging and recording for young and old.      

Demonstrations and displays illustrating and exploring aspects of medieval life,    including the ever popular armaments, archery display and much more.

Lecture :  The Horrible History of Castles like Ours:  Violence in Medieval Ireland   Our Walled Neighbours. 

Guided Walk :  St. Michael’s Medieval Graveyard.
Exhibition:“Inside and Outside the Wall” Illustrating aspects of Medieval Life

Mon – Friday   - Children’s Museum Treasure Trail
